Evaluations

When an evaluation of an employee’s performance is made, the employee shall be given an opportunity to sign the assessment form upon its completion. If you sign it only means that you have read your evaluation. You have the right to place your own comments on the form prior to signing it. Immediately upon you signing the form, you should be handed an exact copy of your form.
