In-Service Days
Every school year there are a # of school days. (More than 190). EA’s must work 190 days, therefore they must select the # of inservice days during the school year that they will not work. This selection of days must be by mutual agreement with your principal. THE DAYS OFF CANNOT BE MANDATED BY THE SCHOOL, THEY ARE CHOSEN BY MUTUAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PRINCIPAL AND THE EA.
